The staff was really friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made our Christmas stay feel special and enjoyable. the animation team did a great job keeping us entertained throughout our stay with their fun activities and shows. the beach was a pleasant surprise with soft red sand and clean water. the lifeguard was always present, ensuring our safety.
The mattresses on the double bed were extremely uncomfortable. I woke up every morning with a headache and body aches, which really affected my overall experience.
